“After a water issue, Serge Construction replaced and repaired drywall in a basement room. He converted it into a library for me, with Amish-built custom cabinetry, wood- look vinyl floor to replace the damaged carpet and new light fixtures. They also relocated an outlet and cold air return, as part of the project, along with painting the room. They did a great job of communication as well as follow through and I’m very happy with my new library.”
